MSRA.Ninja: questions and answers
What does it cost?
£10 a month, paid by card through Stripe. Exam.Ninja never sees your card details. There is no contract: cancel whenever you like.
Can I try it first?
Yes. 10 questions are free to everyone, with no account needed. Subscribing needs an account, so the subscription has somewhere to live.
How do I cancel?
Sign in, open Profile in the app and choose Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's billing page, where you can cancel, change your card and download invoices. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
What happens to my progress if I stop?
It stays in your account. If you subscribe again later, your history, scores and reading list are where you left them. Deleting your account from the Profile page removes it for good and cancels any subscription straight away.
Does it change DipIMC.Ninja?
No. DipIMC.Ninja stays free, and paying for MSRA.Ninja changes nothing about it. One account works for both; each exam keeps its own progress.
Who writes the questions?
The MSRA questions are managed by Dr Rory Irwin. How every question on Exam.Ninja is written, sourced, checked and corrected is set out in our methodology. If you think a question is wrong, flag it from inside the app.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel within 14 days of subscribing for a full refund. After that, payments aren't refunded, but cancelling stops the next one and you keep access to the end of the month you've paid for. If you're charged in error (twice, or after cancelling), we'll refund it in full. Access paid for by a refunded payment ends when the refund is made.
